When pur­chas­ing at shop.murmure.me you auto­mat­i­cal­ly accept the terms and con­di­tions stip­u­lat­ed below. Con­se­quent­ly, we rec­om­mend that you read the terms through care­ful­ly before purchasing.


In order to pur­chase items at shop.murmure.me you must fill in your per­son­al infor­ma­tion and pay­ment infor­ma­tion. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-gen­er­at­ed order con­fir­ma­tion via email. When your pur­chase has been accept­ed and the item is reg­is­tered in our stock, you will receive a ship­ping confirmation.

Payment & Prices

All orders are processed through Stripe, a 100% secure online pay­ment sys­tem. Stripe encrypts your pay­ment infor­ma­tion using the SSL pro­to­col with an encryp­tion key length of 128 bits – the high­est lev­el of secu­ri­ty for e‑commerce.
All ours prices indi­cat­ed in our web­site are in Euros and include VAT, if applicable.
Prices exclude ship­ping costs. Ship­ping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depend­ing on item and deliv­ery loca­tion. They are cal­cu­lat­ed auto­mat­i­cal­ly dur­ing your process order.


All ours prod­ucts are sent from France and can be shipped world­wide. 
Freight charges will appear from the order con­fir­ma­tion before you pay. Prod­ucts are deliv­ered via La Poste, which makes it pos­si­ble to trace the parcel.
We care­ful­ly pack goods in pro­tec­tive box­es and tubes to secure that prod­ucts will arrive in per­fect con­di­tion. How­ev­er, if the con­tent is dam­aged upon receipt, please report this to us imme­di­ate­ly or at the lat­est 2 days after receipt to shop@murmure.me.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and con­tact us imme­di­ate­ly at shop@murmure.me if the item is defec­tive, dam­aged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can eval­u­ate the issue and make it right.
The cus­tomer must inform us at shop@murmure.me with­in 7 days of their inten­tion to return the item. The pack­age must then be shipped with­in a fur­ther 14 days.

Return Policy

If you are not sat­is­fied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to can­cel with­in sev­en days of the con­tract, or sev­en days of receipt of the goods (whichev­er is the longer), return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replace­ment goods. Please send an e‑mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are return­ing the goods and why at shop@murmure.me


The colour of goods may vary slight­ly from that shown on the web­site due to lim­i­ta­tions of brows­er soft­ware and monitors.
